With over 174,000 square feet, Starling at Nocatee Independent Living offers 140 unique apartment homes, ranging from spacious one to two-bedroom
residences.

The residences feature high-end finishes, including stainless steel appliances with full-size refrigerators, tile showers, stone countertops, and
decorative cabinets.

Focusing on an active 55+ market, residents have access to resort-style amenities including restaurant-style dining at multiple venues with indoor
and outdoor dining.

The community also features a dedicated wellness suite, spa, salon, fitness studio, art studio, internet cafe, theater and billiard room. Additional
amenities on the 6.5-acre development include a resort-style pool with cabanas, outdoor fire pit, dog park and resident gardening area. Residents
