Renovations of Building 4901
IMC contracted with the US Army Corp of Engineers to provide Renovation of Building 4901, Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, Goldsboro, North Carolina. This project includes the renovation of approximately 17,340 square feet, one story, existing building and the construction of approximately 965 square feet, one story, building addition. Project includes a new split-faced CMU veneer, a new standing seam metal roof over the existing and a total interior demolition and renovation, including an “open office” concept with a full Comprehensive Interior Design (CID) and new mechanical, electrical and fire protection systems.
